Character count calculation changed

Hey :waving_hand:

It looks like the way characters are counted in the About App > More details section has changed when submitting a release on the Marketplace.

The character limit is still between 250 and 1000, but the calculation method seems different now, we’re currently at 982, so everything looks good but we have an error :sweat_smile:

Any idea why this change happened?

Did you check to see if the destination URL of links is also counted against the character count?

All the URLs are really breaking the 1000 mark, yet I only deleted three words to get into the 1000.
Maybe emojis?
