We have converted one of our apps from Connect (free) to pure Forge (paid).
While the app was waiting for approval, we got an email to do the yearly Privacy & Security response. After doing this the Forge app was published to the marketplace as a minor app version update, seemingly without full approval. This was really unexpected, because going from Connect to Forge, your app needs different permissions, and going from free to paid also requires a new major version.
We have opened a ticket, but since a week there has been no reaction from Atlassian. Our old Connect app still works, however the released Forge app only partially works (no access to Forge variables, the pricing page errors, …). Customers can’t install/upgrade to the Forge app and get emails from Atlassian asking to upgrade.

This is really frustrating and makes us hesitant to move to Forge with our other apps. (cc @ChrisHemphill1 )
