Hi All, may be you can help - we have recently developed and App and have the line up of 50 customers to sign up to start using it ASAP, but it’s been in the “pending approval” status for over 10 days.
I’ve submitted a ticket to the support team (AMKTHELP-30935) - no reaction…
Do you know how to contact them?

To be honest… I think you just need to wait. You have your ticket, it’s in the queue. If you would not have had your AMKTHELP ticket I would have gladly referred you to the right Atlassian.
On average, it can take 3-6 weeks (or 15-30 business days) for apps to be approved. I get it, you want your app approved. We all do. But contacting Atlassian will not speed up approval at this point.
Hi Remie, thanks for your prompt response, it’s my first App development experience here, so probably still a learning curve! This timeline isn’t mentioned anywhere, so I assumed I could get it within a week. My best! Alexei
