Entry point for requesting "Free cloud licenses for PvA partners" gone?

There used to be an entry point at Jira Service Management. I could not find it now. Has it been moved or removed? Where shall we submit the request now?

No. There used to be special request type like below (see “Request type” at the right side):

Either the new instruction is misleading or the portal is not working as expected. The portal does not have those items:

Navigate to our partner support center and select the following options from the drop down menus that present themselves:

  • Partner Program Support
  • Partner Program Benefits
  • I want to request a free product benefit
