Feedback details report and filters

When a customer unsubscribes from an app, they have an option to leave feedback. There is also an option where they could indicate to the app vendor that they do or do not want to be contacted.

However, in the filters, you cannot filter for this. Nor can you do it on the .csv. Is there any other way to filter for those that are OK with being contacted after unsubscribing/leaving feedback?
