According to the chart description, the active installations number includes all the installations from active instances. What is an active instance for the cloud?
We compare active cloud installations number to all the active licenses number (paid as well as evaluation) and the difference is huge. The number of licenses is 40% fewer than the number of active installs.
How can we interpret this data? Does this mean that is about 40% of customers with active install have expired licenses? How is that possible?
A lot of admins leave the apps installed on the instances after cancelling the licenses. The atlassian addon manager encourages this behavior through its ui.
