How long does it take to get 3LO approval?

We are waiting since nearly a month to get this approved and this blocks the marketplace update.

Any chance the approval times are going to be addressed? This very simple app for example has been Under Review for about a month and a half with pretty much zero communication from Atlassian. And we’re a Premium customer.

  • I’ve a oAuth 2 app approval pending for Atlassian to approve. It’s been a 3 weeks and still haven’t got the update on it. Jira Service Management

  • We’ve tested it and it working out great, but we need to open it so that our best JSD users can test and help us launch before Christmas.

Can you please take a look and let’s know if there is anything we need to on our side to expedite the request. (If it helps I’ve created support request to raise the issue, but so far no one is responding :frowning:)

I’m very sorry these are taking so long :frowning_face: Believe it or not, we have been working to improve the 3LO approval response time for a few months now - though I know it doesn’t feel that way.

The good news is that we’ve finally found a path forward internally and expect the response time to greatly improve over the next quarter.

I get that ā€œwe’ll fix this in a quarterā€ doesn’t really address the current month and a half you’ve already been waiting. So let me see if there is anything I can do to help here.

How long does it take to get approval on 3LO apps for public distribution? We submitted a ticket for approval over a month ago and we haven’t received any update on our ticket except the generic Bot response asking questions around the integration which we responded immediately to.

I know this is a repeated topic, but I feel like this has come up enough times as an issue over the past 1-2 years that something has to be changed in this process. We currently have paying mutual clients waiting on our 3LO integration but we cannot make any progress until we get approval for our app. Is there anyway to at least get an update or timeline to expect whether we’re approved or not? Just giving us a human response is better than no response at all :frowning: .

We’ve also been waiting nearly 2 months for approval and it’s having a detrimental impact to our product development.

Does anyone know what we can do to get this through the door? It’s so frustrating for us and our customers!
