How to get answers

I’ve raised already 3 questions and have no answers:

• Create a request and set priority
• Is there a way to add a request to organization using API?
• raiseOnBehalfOf when creating a comment

Is there something wrong with the questions?

Or maybe JSD Cloud is abandoned?
