We are attempting to provide customers with improved user experience when editing macros they come to expect similar to the edit experience provided with Atlassian Confluence Cloud tables (on-page elements for column-formatting/stylization for example)
This appears not possible due to the ‘extension-container’ and ‘extension-overlay’ classes that wrap the macro in page edit-mode that prevent the macro from getting focus.
It seems we’re relegated to on-page actions in the page’s View-mode only. Is this an accurate conclusion or are there macro settings we can use to provide users with a UX closer to what they’ve come to expect?!
