Is there any REST API endpoint that can fetch all the groups that has access to a product

I have been trying to fetch groups that have access to a certain product like let’s jira-software , I can see that in the documentation there is an endpoint /application role , but it’s only giving information of jira-software , jira-servicedesk . Is there any endpoint that can fetch for all the products or at least for confluence ?

Unfortunately, I have the same answer as @ibuchanan in Jira Cloud REST Api to fetch number of users having access to a product - #4 by ibuchanan - I also have not encountered one. If you are searching for a Confluence Cloud counterpart of Jira Cloud’s Get all application roles, the feature request can be found here.
