Is X-Atlassian-Webhook-Trace feature supported for non Connect OAuth 2.0 apps?

This feature was announced in this thread: Webhook trace header now available for Connect apps
Has the support for this provided for non Connect OAuth 2.0 apps?

Hi @amiratiit,
The mentioned “Webhook trace header” feature is only available for Connect apps.

Could you clarify why this is limited? Why does the API not allow this for any request? And how does it even know not to re-attach the header?

I’m synchronizing data back and forth, and this header would be very helpful in avoiding extra work load, but it’s not coming through:

Hey @NiklasCorrenz,

It simply wasn’t implemented for OAuth 2.0 3LO apps.
If you think this feature is valuable - please raise suggestion request on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD
As a component please choose “Ecosystem Webhooks”.
