The Release Candidate for Jira Service Desk 4.0 is up for grabs!
We’re nearly there!
Release Candidate is the final step before the actual release of Jira Service Desk 4.0, which is due at the beginning of February 2019.
What’s inside?
In the Release Candidate, we’ve concentrated on improvements and fixes. As a result, exporting SLA reports works like magic. We also fixed exporting to JSON so that all comments show properly.
