"Manage apps" is becoming more and more confusing for users

Or you can go the admin route which is just as easy and definitely designed with a high degree of attention:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com
  2. Select your org
  3. Expand “Apps” in lefthand sidebar
  4. Click “Atlassian apps”
  5. Oh no! That’s not it <<< there is a direct link here but your eyes will miss it
  6. Somehow explain to the user that “Atlassian apps” doesn’t mean what they think it means because someone in marketing co-opted the common parlance
  7. Click “App access settings”
  8. Nope also not it, wtf, where are the apps?
  9. Expand all the sidebar options
  10. Nope, hmmm
  11. Ok expand “Sites” <<< nobody is ever going to do this step onwards
  12. Click site org
  13. “View your access requests in one place” hmm
  14. Look at lefthand sidebar
  15. Ok click “Connected apps”
  16. omg finally!
  17. Apps load slowly
  18. Find the app or search
  19. Click hidden “…” dropdown
  20. Click “Get Started” or “Configure”
  21. Opens in a new tab
