Marketplace app approval pending for over 14 days – status request

Hello Atlassian Marketplace team,

I’m reaching out to follow up on a Marketplace app submission that has been pending review for more than 14 days.

App name: Ziggy

Submission date: 22JAN
Marketplace listing URL (if available): Jira Service Management

i dont have access to the link above to keep track of the submission

The app has been in a “Pending approval” state since submission, and I haven’t received any updates, questions, or requests for changes so far. I wanted to check whether:

  • the review is still in progress,

  • there is any additional information or action required from my side, or

  • there were any issues blocking the approval that I may have missed.

All required documentation and vendor details should be complete, but I’m happy to provide anything further if needed.

thank you @DamianKleszcz , i can see it now.
but seems i have another issue as i cannot resubmit the app which appear pending approval although i got a mail it was rejected

This is Garvit from the Marketplace Support.

I can see that the ECOHELP-107912 ticket was rejected as some of the security requirements were not met. As per the process, please fix the issue which has been mentioned in one of the comments and then you can resubmit the app.

For the issue with the resubmission, I have rejected the app and once you have fixed the security issue, you can resubmit from the App listing page.
