Marketplace app listed with "Unknown" vendor in Universal Plugin Manager (UPM)

Hi there,

We have an app that is publicly listed on the Marketplace. A user reported that is shows in his Manage Apps(Universal Plugin Manager) with Vendor set to Unknown. We have our vendor registered and configured. What are we missing:
