Hi!
I have created a new free Jira Software + JSM instance, recovered it from the Cloud backup and I can not install apps to it, just nothing happens when I try doing that. No errors in the browser console.

That may affect app installations, so that sounds like a critical bug.
That happens only when I restore it from backup.
And this recovered instance I even doesn’t have “Find new apps” menu item is present on other instances:

I have full admin permissions on this instance.
