Marketplace REST API v2 transactions endpoints failing today (404)

I’m not sure if I’ve missed an announcement somewhere, but as of today (22 May 2025, AEST), the v2 GET transactions and GET aggregated sales endpoints of the Marketplace REST API have been failing (returning 404 Not Found status).

It does not seem to be a widespread issue, as the GET vendor works fine for the same vendorId.

There is currently no incident showing on Developer Statuspage, and nothing in the Atlassian Developer Changelog to indicate a change has occurred to the Marketplace REST API.

Before I go ahead and log an ECOHELP ticket, I wanted to check if others are seeing the same?

Yep broken for me too.

Make a point in your ECOHELP ticket that they clearly aren’t tracking these endpoints in the Statuspage.

Thanks @nathanwaters. ECOHELP ticket incoming.

Following the unannounced CSP breakage last week, and now this Marketplace REST API breakage, I can’t tell you how delighted I am that we’ll be giving Atlassian an extra 5% revenue share for our Connect apps at the end of this year.

We’re getting real value for money here.

Confirmed GET /rest/2/vendors/XXX/reporting/licenses has been returning 404 for 8 hours now.

Yes, I’m experiencing the same.

Issue is now resolved, along with a belated StatusPage incident posted 11 hours after the problem began, right when the issue was fixed.

I appreciate that there is now a historical record that something was broken, but really there’s little comfort in a StatusPage entry that only gets created after an incident was been resolved (considering the length of time the system was broken).
