Hello! I am attempting to publish my first app on the marketplace and got it got auto rejected, but I can’t access the ECOHELP ticket that has the feedback.

I requested access but just waiting currently.

No access - Jira Service Management – also getting hit with no access when trying to go to any service desk related links
