No access to ECOHELP-120428 – SprintInSite rejected 4x for "Timeout"

Hi Atlassian team,

Our Forge app SprintInSite (Marketplace app 196614177, vendor: Agility Ops Business Pty Ltd) has now been rejected from the Marketplace four times. Every rejection gives only “Timeout” as the reason.

We received the review email on 24 March 2026 referencing ECOHELP-120428, but when we try to access the ticket at ecosystem.atlassian.net, we get:

“It seems that your account gcollocott@agilityopsbusinessptyltd.com doesn’t have access to the help center. Try contacting your admins to grant you permissions.”

This means we cannot see any questions the review team has asked, and therefore cannot respond — which is why every submission times out.

Could someone please:

  1. Grant our account (gcollocott@agilityopsbusinessptyltd.com) access to the ECOHELP help center
  2. Share what questions were raised on ECOHELP-120428
  3. Advise whether we should resubmit or wait for access to be fixed first

Details:

  • Forge App ID: b5a71ae1-1e3a-405c-add1-7e49c49a67d1
  • Marketplace app: 196614177
  • ECOHELP ticket: ECOHELP-120428
  • Vendor: Agility Ops Business Pty Ltd
  • Contact: greg@agilityopsbusinessptyltd.com.au

We’ve been trying to get this listed since February. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @GregCollocott

From other tickets reporting similar problems, perhaps try DMing @DamianKleszcz

hi - if you could provide any assistance here that would be greatly appreciated

Hey @GregCollocott,

Your account (gcollocott@agilityopsbusinessptyltd.com) appears to have the correct permissions, but I have resent the invitation. Please check your mailbox. The ECOHELP-120428 ticket is restricted, with gcollocott@agilityopsbusinessptyltd.com set as the reporter. As previously mentioned, kindly accept the invitation and then attempt to access the ticket.

thanks _ I have accepted - but when searching for this ticket nothing comes up ?

Could you check this link: Jira Service Management?
Or direct link to ticket: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/34/ECOHELP-120428

that seems to work _ I’ll respond in that ticket thanks

I also get added to ECOHELP tickets that I can’t access.

There’s one I got added to March 14th. I immediately replied to the email saying I can’t access the ticket. I followed up again on March 17th and March 27th and April 4th and April 17th. Still no response, still can’t access the ticket.

ECOHELP-118611 if anyone from Atlassian wants to help (@DamianKleszcz?). You guys added me and I’ve sent five follow-up messages. I’ve done as much as I can on my end lol.

I’m happy to assist @nathanwaters ! I noticed you have two accounts with the same email — one portal account and one Atlassian account. I’ve gone ahead and merged them for you, so you can access this ticket without any worries, including any future tickets you create

@DamianKleszcz I have one of those as well. It was for ECOHELP-122039 and was to our support email address. I replied repeatedly but no one ever got back to me. Are these systems even set up to process replied to emails?

Can you sort this out for me please

Regards
Paul

None of my email replies were in the portal ticket when I got access.

Thanks @nathanwaters. You’d think that since it came from that email address, it would be able to add in replies
