Hi,
We submitted a new Marketplace app for review and received the standard confirmation email saying that a JIRA issue was created so we can track the review process.
However, when I try to open the link, I get:
“No Access
You do not have permission to view this request.”
Could you please let me know how I can gain access to this ECOHELP request, or whether I need to complete any additional account activation steps first?
