No access to Marketplace Support Portal + App stuck in “Pending” for 15 days

Hi, I’m unable to access the Marketplace support portal (“No access” error).
My app has been in “Pending approval” status for 15 business days.
Vendor: Execon One Sp. z o.o.
App key: pl.execon.welesai
Could someone from Atlassian Marketplace team help check my permissions and the review status?

Hi all, now the app got rejected due to “Timeout” reason. I modified the app accordingly to avoid “Timeout” rejection, deployed new version of my app but now when i try to create new version I’m getting:

Version creation failed

Failed to create app version. Please try again.

In console logs is see: instrument.js:108 PublishNewPrivateVersion: Failed to create new version - KNOWN_HANDLED_ERROR

Whereas when i check network logs I get a cryptic message:
“id”: “CONSOLE_00004”, “message”: “App belongs to a different Vendor.”, “path”: “/cloud”, “__typename”: “MarketplaceConsoleCreatePrivateAppVersionError”

Which is weird as i have only one vendor (my company).

Would appreciate any help.
