No Access to Ticket

We have submitted an app for pending approval.

A ticket was generated (AMKTHELP-29475), however when viewing the ticket I see the below message:

No Access
You do not have permission to view this request.

What is the best way to proceed? It’s been a few weeks since it was submitted and we’ve not heard anything back.

I received an update in a new ticket - https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/AMKTHELP-29938

We cannot open this ticket either.

Is there someone that can help?

It was the same for me, but after a few days it was possible to access the ticket.
