Questions about Atlassian Marketplace Benchmark REST APIs

Greetings Atlassian Community  ,

I am having some issues understanding the logic behind the following REST APIs:

  1. [Get Cloud churn benchmark]:
    a. For this year the latest available data is Jan 2024? When is the data refreshed?
    b. Why is the churn rate from the API mentioned above does not match with the Cloud churn rate obtained from the Atlassian Marketplace reporting ([https://marketplace.atlassian.com/manage/vendors/{vendorId}/reporting])?

  2. [Get Cloud evaluation benchmark]:
    a. For this year the latest available data is Feb 2024? When is the data refreshed?
    b. Why The evaluations do not match with the evaluations obtained from the Atlassian Marketplace reporting ([https://marketplace.atlassian.com/manage/vendors/{vendorId}/reporting])?

  3. [Get Cloud sales benchmark]:
    a. What does exactly the Sales Percentile represent? I understood it as a ranking of the apps by sales, but some values are highly unrealistic if I took the definition of ranking.

  4. [Get Customer Insights (By ActiveUsers)]:
    a. Considering the following response; “usersDistribution”: { “usersCount”: 900, “usersPercent”: 20, “usersMarketplaceBenchmark”: 1.2 } let’s say these are the paid users. Is the usersPercent the percentage of users that are using a paid instance for the specific vendor and usersMarketplaceBenchmark is the average of users that are using a paid instance across all Marketplace apps?

Thank you in advance for your time and considerations.
With Kind regards,
Iheb Kharab
