@LorettaBrunette I see you moved to the Rovo team? Congrats! Kyle here. Our organization is patiently awaiting this feature as it will enable us to give more visibility to our stakeholder communities on high-level work items, roadmap, etc.
Wouldn’t it be nice if the maximum number of guests were based on a per space and per Jira plan basis? And also grant some additional guests exceeding the per space limit a bit (Flex Guests)?
In example:

Guest access: secure external collaboration at no additional cost listed as new feature in the article “Jira 2026 Spring Release” (Introducing the Jira 2026 Spring Release - Atlassian Community).
The accompanying video states that the feature is already Generally Available (GA). However, the feature does not appear to be available in our current environment.
Open Question:
Is Guest Access planned exclusively for Jira, or will it also be available for Jira Service Management (JSM)?
