@AdithyaRamesh – The above scenario will not be easily supported in the new admin experience, where it can take 30 days to remove an app from a Cloud site:

I suggest that Atlassian should improve customers’ abilities to manage app installations as part of this RFC. Otherwise:
- Customers will have a hard time managing the number of sandbox instances in which an app is installed.
- Vendors will incur unnecessary Forge platform fees as sandbox apps linger for 30 days before they are deleted by Atlassian.
