Do you mean you want to validate it with the community? Or with the customers?
Can you also please share the definition of the Atlassian Marketplace team with regard to customer? Because to be honest, it often feel like with “Customer” you mean end-user.
Given that we have entered into a Reseller contract with Atlassian, I would like to argue that the Atlassian Marketplace team should consider the Marketplace Partners as the customer of MPAC, and not the end-users. OUR revenue share is paying for MPAC. If Atlassian wishes to develop features, they should do that on our behalf, not of that of the end-user.
Luckily, Atlassian and Marketplace Partners share the same goal with MPAC: sell apps (for which Atlassian gets both a revenue share and shareholder recognition, as well as added appeal of their own products because they can be extended).
Please Atlassian, do not get confused who the “customer” of MPAC and the Atlassian Marketplace team is.
