Thank your for your feedback and engagement with this RFC. Over the past weeks, we have been exploring one new feature to add to this new list within a Software project (which would also apply to Business projects), conditional formatting. This will enable users to set certain conditions based on the fields in an issue, and apply a background colour to the row (or potentially the cell). This feature is still very much in exploration and so I cannot yet share any specifics. I will continue to follow comments below for any feedback on this.
