Something went wrong when installing Connect App

We are in the process of migrating a Connect app forge. From yesterday (30/12/2025), the installation of the Connect App failed to be installed on our testing confluence instances. Here are what we have tried:

  1. We tested on two confluence instances: zenuml-connect and zenuml-stg.
  2. We made sure the forge version is not installed when we tried to install the connect app
  3. We tried to install via GUI (upm) and also command line pluploader.

Can someone from Altassian please help?

Regards,

Peng

Hey @PengXiao,

Could you please confirm that you’re seeing requests to your install lifecycle hook endpoint? If so, are you returning a valid 2xx response from this?

No. We are not seeing requests to install(ed) lifecycle hook. We tested on many of our our testing instances (zenuml-dev, zenuml-connect, etc.). Only zenuml-dashboard-full-test.atlassian.net succeeded.

We also tested a few other apps and got the same result: OpenAPI(Swagger) Integration, PlantUML Diagrams for Confluence.

Thanks for clarifying @PengXiao. It’s possible something is going wrong on our end - I’d suggest raising a developer support ticket, which will be directed to the right team to investigate more deeply.

Thank you @SeanBourke. I raised a ticket a couple of days ago. It is now resolved. Cheers.
