Regarding the forge lint caching problem - you can force cache refresh by removing cache file:
- MacOS:
~/Library/Preferences/PERMISSIONS_LINTER-nodejs/config.json - Linux:
~/.config/PERMISSIONS_LINTER-nodejs/config.json
