I have multiple action policies configured with multiple triggers defined.
Sometimes, an alert should trigger more than 1 policy but only 1 is triggered
How can I setup it up so multiple Action Policies run on a singler alert?

I think what you want is possible in the user interface and the question is better suited to the Opsgenie topic in the user community.
@ibuchanan I hope you are correct, I later found my way to the user community and opened a question there also.
