Why am i seeing Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'forEach') ?

Trying to create a JIRA - Story via VSC/Atlassian plug-in.

Areas checked:

  1. It works in my POC project

  2. VSC connections are a ‘PASS’ for Atlassian & VSC

  3. I’ve filled in all required fields for project & when I click ‘create’ → Error = Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘forEach’)

Also, are there any scripts I can run, once I we can see a trend on data entry from VSC?
