Last year we launched an improved work item search experience. You may know it as the ‘new issue search’.
As a result we’ll shortly be deprecating the old work item search experience.
Benefits of the improved work item search experience

- Enhanced experience: More intuitive experience that’s easier to navigate.
- Advanced features: Powerful tools to manage work items.
Deprecation plan
The improved experience has been available for almost a year. From Nov 3, 2025 the previous experience will no longer be available.
We’ll provide support to anyone still using the previous experience. And help you transition across.
