Testing a new version of an app

I’m trying to test an update to my app, but I’m having trouble installing it in my workspace. I’ve uninstalled the Marketplace version from “Settings > Manage apps”, but I’m still getting this error when trying to run my app in development mode:

The app <app-name> could not be installed as a local app as it has previously been installed from Atlassian Marketplace

Any advice on resolving this?

This change was rolled out a couple of months back. I suggest you have a look at the change notice announcement for this, where we have discussed various solutions.
