We submitted apps to the Atlassian Marketplace and received emails with ECOHELP issue links to track the review process. However, we cannot access these issues.

Current Status:

  • :white_check_mark: Successfully submitted multiple apps

  • :white_check_mark: Can login to ecosystem.atlassian.net

  • :white_check_mark: Multiple team members with admin privileges

  • :cross_mark: Cannot view ECOHELP issues

  • :cross_mark: Cannot access support portal

What We’ve Tried:

  • Reset passwords for all accounts

  • Cleared browser cache

  • Tried different browsers

  • All accounts show the same permission error

Timeline:

Over 10 business days since first submission with no visibility into review status.

Request:

Could someone from the Atlassian team please grant our accounts access to view ECOHELP project issues so we can track our app submissions?
