Now I can see it! It was originally submitted at 2019-06-25 so I would really appreciate if you’ll look at it today! Thank you!
Dear @ayarazarvi,
thank you for creating the ticket. Is the BOT up and running again? I submitted another app on hour ago. For this I didn’t get a ticket either and I also didn’t get an email. Instead I got a Jira login…

Thank you

Indeed, it appears the BOT is not picking up the Marketplace approval requests again…
I have submitted an app few hours ago but the ticket is not created/visible yet.
@ayarazarvi, could you please take a look at it?

Dear @ayarazarvi,
my approval is now waiting since 4 weeks. This is not nice… Is there anything you can do?
Thank you
Andreas
Hey @andreas1,
Here is your other ticket. Jira Service Management
We will try and get these live at the earliest.
Hey Oleh,
I hope you have recieved your submission ticket.
Yes, I did - thanks for your help, @ayarazarvi !
Hi everyone,
Some recent app submissions to the Marketplace did not have a corresponding app review ticket created due to GPDR related changes. If you submitted a new app or a version that needs app review between roughly June 25 - June 28 or July 17 - 19 than Marketplace may not have created a corresponding ecosystem app review ticket. If you did not receive an email containing your app review ticket information than likely it was never created.
If your app is waiting for review and you can not find your related app review ticket on EAN than please use this link to create a new app review ticket and we will add it to the app review queue in the order that it was originally submitted to the Marketplace.
Thank you, and if you have any further questions you can ping me in this topic.
@jgaard Hi Jamie. I am yet again resorting to chasing over forum. The issue with Marketplace pricing not updating is still not fixed : Jira Service Management
Hi @AGILISTAi,
Looks like your issue has been resolved. I have added relevant screenshots over the ticket to indicate the same, please have a look.
Hello! my approval is now waiting since 1 month…

Hi @ AleksandrChuiko
The latest version submitted version of your app for review was submitted 12 hours ago, so I’m not sure how you mean that it’s been waiting 1 month. The older submitted versions were rejected. We should continue this conversation on your latest app review ticket - Log in with Atlassian account
Hello,
Trying my chances here: I also tried to upload an app a while ago Jira Service Management
I have a customer waiting for it to be published and I requested some changes on the ticket comments. Any estimation of how long will this take?
Hi @Paulo ,
App reviews now typically take between 7 - 10 business days for our team to work through the backlog of submissions before we reach your app. I’m happy to take a look but I can see that there are still a few ahead of yours. I’ll comment on the ticket and we can take the conversation there.
Thank you for the quick reply I’ll be waiting
Hi @jgaard ,
Summary first:
My question is:
What conditions park an already “approved public app” into “waiting for approval” when the vendor releases a new version of the existing app? (3+ years public on Marketplace, used by 2750+ customers already)
We have an app live on the Marketplace for over 3 years. According to the vendor mkmt stats there are ~2761 active installs.
We just pushed a new version and rather than going out it got parked into “waiting for approval”.
We DID now start to offer a paid version of the app we’ve been working on for months with tons of new features. Perhaps that’s it? Though this wasn’t always the case.
I’ve searched docs and cannot find the answer.
We just now submitted the new version so not asking about queue timing, but this was unexpected to be parked.
I am also curious do existing approved apps get stuck into the queue in the same way as brand new unapproved untested apps?
Hopefully this is a bug in the marketplace code and we can get pushed through to approval for our app already used by thousands of customers

p.s. Jamie thank you so much for your hard work. You have been a bright star of the Marketplace on the behalf of Vendors. Hopefully Atlassian will staff up as the revenues and demands of the Marketplace increase. Let me know if I can do anything to help that process…talk to PMs, etc…?
